All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Postage costs are a flat rate of $10.00 under 3kg Australia Wide.
Postage will be charged at the time of purchase.

For any orders totaling more than $200, delivery is free of charge Australia wide.

The information supplied is strictly confidential.
We do not reveal, disclose or pass on your information to anyone else.

PICK UPS

Any items ordered my be picked up from Engadine,
but Must be specified when ordering.   

COMMUNICATION

When you place an order with Lipstyk please make sure you provide
us with your e-mail address for further contact if neccessary re your order.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by using Visa, Mastercard or Pay Pal.

Pay Pal handle all security and your credit card details.

Lipstyk is never in the possession of your personnel information.

All prices are inclusive of GST.

Once payment has been made, your order will be immediately delivered via Australia Post.
Your order should then be received within 7-10 working days from date of payment.

All postage will be charged upon purchasing.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

It is the customers responsibility to inform Lipstyk if an order has not been received within 14 days.
We will investigate and make an enquiry with Australia Post.

Lipstyk will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from delivery.

PRODUCT DISPLAY

Lipstyk displays the goods as accurately as possible.
Lipstyk cannot guarantee the colour of product you receive will be 100% match to what is seen on our website due to colour varying from screen to screen.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Lipstyk attempts to make sure the information displayed will be accurate.

Incase of an error should occur prior to dispatch you will be notified and you can choose to cancel the order and a full refund will be issued. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Re our store policy we do not refund, however we do exchange or issue a in store credit. In this case the credit issued can only be used online.

Exchanges can also be made at the Engadine store. If you require a credit, an in store one will be issued.

All returns and exchanges must be presented within 14 days of receiving.

Please email us at info@lipstyk.com.au for confirmation to exchange or authorization for a refund.

Returned items are to be sent via Australia post at your own expense.

Lipstyk will pay the postage to send you the replacement. 

Returned items MUST BE sent back in brand new Condition with tags attached and in their original Packaging.

If items returned have been worn or damaged, Lipstyk reserves the right to return the item back to you with no exchange or credit note.

Please allow two weeks to complete the return procedure.

All garments are fully checked before sent out but if you should receive a faulty garment a full refund will be issued if an exchange is unavailable.

SIZING

Please note that there a no strict sizing standards in Australia.

Manufacturers/Wholesalers have their own sizing and varies from one label to another which does cause major onfusion for shoppers.
If in doubt, please contact us via email and with our experience we will try to help you the best way we could with your sizing.
